Quick, Easy & Guiltless Study Snack



Kale Chips!



What you'll need

You need:

1. Fresh, washed Kale
2. Minced Garlic
3. Cooking Spray 

Directions

1. remove the leaves from the stem (stem goes in the garbage)
2. spray cooking sheet or pan w/ spray
3. mix in desired amount of garlic with the kale
4. bake on 350 for about 10 mins [just until the edges are brown and the kale is to desired crispiness]

Kale is a great low calorie, high fiber leafy dark green vegetable and garlic has many health benefits as well. This takes no time to prepare and no time to bake! Its perfect for the mindless eater in most of us. That being said I hope you all enjoy and I'm going to get back to studying with my yummy snack :)
